How BCA IT made the Inc. 5000 with SEO and AI visibility
No. 1,700 on the 2026 Inc. 5000. 205% three-year growth. 52 tracked leads this year producing more than $79K in new MRR. This is the engagement Amped was built on, documented layer by layer.
Full disclosure, because trust is the product here: BCA IT is run by Kenny Henao, who co-founded Amped. This is not a client we found. It is the MSP this agency was built alongside, which is exactly why every tactic we sell was tested there first, with our own revenue on the line.
The starting point
BCA IT is a Miami managed IT and cybersecurity provider, in business since 1990. Solid delivery, long client tenure, and the same growth problem as almost every MSP: new business came from referrals, and referrals don't scale. The website described services in generic language. Search visibility was thin outside the brand name. And when we asked ChatGPT and Gemini the questions BCA's buyers actually ask, the answers named competitors. BCA was invisible at the exact moment buyers were building shortlists.
What we did
We ran what became the Recommended MSP Framework: three layers, built in order. These are the same deliverables we now scope for every MSP client.
Layer 1: Prove
We rebuilt the on-site expertise AI and buyers can verify. Service pages went from generic to specific: real stack, real response times, real compliance scope. We put named people behind the content instead of a faceless brand. We added structured data so machines could confirm the facts, and we published the numbers most MSPs hide, because specifics are what both buyers and AI models cite.
Layer 2: Distribute
AI answers pull from reviews, listicles, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn, not just your website. So we built BCA's legitimate presence in those sources: a steady review cadence from real clients, profiles brought into agreement across every directory that matters, and content placed where Miami IT buyers actually research. No purchased reviews, no astroturfing. Models reward corroboration, and corroboration has to be real.
Layer 3: Imprint
We sharpened the category language around what BCA specifically does, so the market's questions started pointing at BCA's strengths. When buyers ask better questions, the right provider wins the answer.
The results
We tracked everything, because we had to justify the spend to ourselves before asking anyone else to trust it.
- 205% revenue growth over three years, the number that earned BCA IT the No. 1,700 spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies.
- 52 tracked marketing leads this year, producing more than $79K in new monthly recurring revenue. In MSP economics, that MRR compounds every month it stays on the books.
- Recommended by AI. The assistants that once named only competitors now include BCA IT when buyers ask about managed IT in its market. We re-test the question set monthly and watched the mentions accumulate.
A significant share of that growth came from the SEO, AI visibility, and digital marketing work Amped runs. Not all of it: BCA's service delivery keeps clients for years, and no marketing fixes churn. Marketing filled the pipeline. Operations earned the growth. That is how it is supposed to work.
From the owner's chair
“BCA’s growth didn’t happen overnight. We spent years investing in SEO and digital marketing, building a strategy that would consistently generate new business instead of relying solely on referrals. That investment played a significant role in our growth and ultimately helped us earn a spot on the Inc. 5000.
What makes Amped different is that it actually grew out of BCA’s own marketing department. We didn’t just develop strategies for other businesses. We built them, tested them, and refined them while growing our own company. Once we saw the results, we knew we could bring that same experience and proven approach to help other MSPs grow.”

What this means for your MSP
Everything above is repeatable. The framework is documented, the tracking exists, and the first step is the same one we took ourselves: find out what AI and Google say about you today, then fix the gaps in order. We take one MSP per competing local market, so if a competitor in your metro engaged us first, we will tell you.
