Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026.

Overview

Amped Digital Marketing LLC, operating as Amped Marketing ("Amped," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit ampedmarketing.com or interact with us, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It is written the way we write everything: in plain English.

Our office is located at 8750 NW 36th St Ste 500, Doral, FL 33178. If anything in this policy is unclear, email team@ampedmarketing.com or call 305-677-8877 and a real person will explain it.

SMS/text messaging & mobile information

In short: we collect your mobile phone number when you submit our contact or opt-in forms, and - only with your express consent - we use your phone number to send SMS text messages, including appointment reminders and promotional content. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

If you provide your phone number and check the corresponding consent box on one of our forms, you may receive text messages from Amped Digital Marketing LLC. We offer two separate categories of text messages, each requiring its own express consent: (1) marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates, and (2) non-marketing messages such as appointment reminders and account notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may submit any form on this site without opting in to either category.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us at team@ampedmarketing.com or 305-677-8877.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact and inquiry details - name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and the contents of any message you send through our forms, booking calendar, email, or phone.
  • Communication preferences - including whether you opted in to marketing or non-marketing text messages.
  • Client engagement information - if you become a client, information needed to deliver services (billing details, account access you grant us, campaign data), governed additionally by your service agreement.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data - pages visited, time on page, links clicked, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type, and referring website, collected through analytics tools.
  • Attribution data - the campaign, search term, or source that brought you to our site (UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, landing page, and referrer), so we know which of our own marketing works.
  • Cookies and similar technologies - small files stored by your browser, described below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health information, or financial account numbers) through this website, and we ask that you not submit it through our forms.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, provide audits and consultations, and schedule calls
  • To deliver, maintain, and improve our services and this website
  • To send communications you have opted into, and service communications about work you have engaged us for
  • To understand which marketing channels and content perform, using aggregate analytics
  • To protect against spam, fraud, and abuse of our website and forms
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy or sell lead lists. The only people who see your inquiry are the people who will actually respond to it.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: (1) site functionality, such as remembering a form you started; (2) analytics, through tools like Google Analytics 4, which help us understand site usage in aggregate; and (3) attribution, a first-party cookie that remembers which campaign or source first brought you to us (retained for up to 90 days).

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically via Google's opt-out browser add-on. Where our tools recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us:

  • Website hosting - our hosting provider stores this website and its form submissions
  • Customer relationship management - form submissions and communications are stored in our CRM platform so we can respond and keep our commitments
  • Analytics providers - receive usage data as described above
  • Scheduling and communications tools - if you book a call, your details pass to our calendar and video-meeting providers to create the appointment

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transition (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, and client records for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics tools. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

How we protect information

This website is served over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, protected by strong authentication, and our hosting and CRM providers maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live - including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and similar state privacy laws - you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. We honor these requests from anyone, regardless of state: email team@ampedmarketing.com with the request and we will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message, and from texts by replying STOP. We will never penalize you for exercising a privacy right.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our site links to third-party websites (such as our social profiles and review platforms). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only ampedmarketing.com.

Changes to this policy

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change prominently on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
